Xamantic Journey
Resulting from a postdoctoral fellowship at Plymouth University, UK, the XamanticJourney was written in VRML (virtual reality modeling language) a computer script
language created in 1996. The inspiration came from a dream with a labyrinthine tube.This tube has 33 stations, a number that is symbol of totality. These stations are small 3D domains
waiting to be discovered.
In the year 2000, the Brazilian journalist B. Piropo wrote that he suggested a visit to this “extraordinary experiment in virtual reality”.
The Journey was publicized over the Internet and stayed online for many years. It was exhibited at Museum Nixdorf, Paderborn in VRML.ART – VRML’99;
at the European Media Arts Festival, both in Germany; at the Mercosul Biennial, Brazil; at the Museum of Contemporary Arts of Macedonia,
in Skopje, SEAFAIR'99; and at Futur Emergents, in Marseilles and Avignon, France, all in 1999; at VRML.ART - VRML’2000,
in Monterrey, California; at Graphica 2001, USP, Brazil; and at Prix Moebius International, in China, both in 2001.

Jornada Xamantica
Media Arts Festival, ambos na Alemanha; na Bienal do Mercosul, Brasil; no Museu de Arte Contemporânea da Macedonia, em Skopje, SEAFAIR'99;
